BC's New Housing Policy Manual

The provincial government has just approved a significant change to land use planning in our city. The city must allow more units on every single-family lot.

A minimum of:

• 3 units permitted on lots smaller than 3,000 sqft
• 4 units permitted on lots larger than 3,000 sqft
• 6 units permitted on lots within 400m of frequent transit routes (bus stop, skytrain)
